Pitney Bowes held an online event called ‘The Jam’. This provided an opportunity for every employee worldwide to engage in a global conversation and participate in shaping the Pitney Bowes culture. Employees from 38 countries contributed 8,263 posts.
Various collateral was designed to use before, during and after the event. The main graphic focussed on worldwide employees coming together in a fun way, with a subtle nod to the technology aspect appearing in the background of the image.
